After School Programs - Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (STEM)

The STEM After School Program is providing students at Science and Technology Magnet High School of Southeastern Connecticut (STMHS) an opportunity to experience a project/inquiry based hands on, student centered comprehensive after school STEM program.  The STEM After School Program will enrich and connect to the students' classroom instruction from the regular school day.

The STEM After School Programs are offered directly after school and will provide students with a snack each day.  The students will be dismissed promptly at 4:30 PM to assure all students late bus access.  Students must have a parent signed STEM After School permission slip to participate in the after school programs.  Once the permission slip is fully completed the students must submit the permission slip to the identified teacher.  For students in need of extra help please remember the extra help runs on a daily basis with the exception of Tuesdays, which are reserved for faculty meetings.  Students should speak directly with the subject teacher and arrange a time to receive this extra support.
